<li><strong>Envelope and Airtightness Design:</strong> The ability to design uninterrupted airtight layers, advanced insulation systems, and high-performance window and door specifications.</li>
<li><strong>Ventilation Systems:</strong> Skills to plan balanced mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (MVHR) for excellent indoor air quality and reduced energy loss.</li>
<li><strong>PHPP Energy Modelling:</strong> Hands-on proficiency with the Passive House Planning Package (PHPP) Excel-based tool to calculate monthly energy balances and support low-energy design.</li>
<li><strong>Retrofit and Economics:</strong> Knowledge of applying the EnerPHit standard to upgrade existing buildings, together with cost-benefit assessment and management.</li>
